1. Mr Smooth Move carries goods in transit insurance in case of fire vehicle theft and or hijacking or vehicle accidents small accidental damages are not covered. Please ensure that you are covered for this. While we are very careful with you belongings and train our staff. occasionally we do have an instance where an item may be damaged.

2. Please let your insurer know In writing that you are moving.

3. While we do screen our staff. Please ensure all valuables are packed in sealed boxes or on your person.

4. Any item that can be packed in a box should be. Any items that are fragile, including TV Sets, Electronics, Kitchen appliances, that are not packed in a TV Box, or something similar to protect it from damage, will not be covered by Mr Smooth Move. 

5. Blankets are used to protect your belongings. If you feel additional protective materials are required please ensure that these materials are present and our staff will gladly apply these.

6.Payment must be made on the day of your move either to the driver, in cash or EFT.
